Building Information Modeling (BIM)

BIM is fully integrated into our preconstruction and prefabrication workflows, allowing us to plan and coordinate framing and interior systems with precision. Using 3D modeling and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), we identify conflicts early, align with other trades, and generate accurate layout data for the field.

This approach not only reduces rework and improves schedule reliability, it also drives efficiency in our prefabrication process by ensuring assemblies are built to exact project conditions before reaching the jobsite.
